Title of the Paper
The title should be concise, precise, and informative, not exceeding 15 words. It must clearly reflect the core subject, methodology, or contribution of the study. Avoid vague wording and unnecessary abbreviations. A strong title improves discoverability and indexing in academic databases.
Authors’ Full Names
Provide the full names of all contributing authors in the correct order of contribution. Each author should be clearly identifiable, and affiliations will be listed later in detail.
Abstract (Maximum 200 Words)
The abstract should present a clear and concise summary of the study, including:
- The purpose or research problem
- The methodology or approach used
- Key findings or results
- Main conclusions and contributions
The abstract should be written as a single paragraph without citations. It must highlight the novelty and relevance of the work and allow readers to quickly understand the significance of the study.
Keywords (Alphabetical Order)
Provide 5–7 keywords that reflect the main themes of the paper. These should be arranged alphabetically and derived from the title and abstract. Keywords enhance searchability and indexing.
1 Introduction
The introduction should establish the context and importance of the research. It must include:
- Background of the study
- Identification of the research problem or gap
- Brief review of relevant literature
- Objectives and significance of the study
Additionally, the introduction should briefly describe the methodological approach and highlight its advantages compared to existing methods. The section should clearly justify why the study is necessary.
2 Central Part of the Paper
2.1 Methodology
This subsection should describe the research design, tools, and procedures used. It must be detailed enough to allow replication. Authors should explain why the chosen methods are appropriate.
2.2 Theoretical Framework / Model Development
Present the theoretical basis or models used in the study. Avoid lengthy mathematical derivations in the main text; instead, include only essential equations and explanations. Detailed derivations can be placed in an appendix.
2.3 Experimental Setup / Data Collection
Explain how data were collected or experiments were conducted. Include:
- Equipment or tools used
- Sample or dataset description
- Conditions and parameters
2.4 Results
Present findings clearly using tables, graphs, or figures where necessary. Results should be factual and well-organized without excessive interpretation.
2.5 Discussion
Interpret the results by:
- Comparing them with previous studies
- Explaining their significance
- Highlighting patterns, trends, or anomalies
All theoretical claims should be supported by experimental or empirical evidence, as required by the journal.
3 Conclusion
The conclusion should summarize the main findings and contributions of the study. It must include:
- Key results
- Advantages of the proposed method or approach
- Practical implications
Additionally, authors must clearly state:
- Limitations of the study
- Possible applications
- Suggestions for future research
Acknowledgement
(Optional)
This section may include recognition of financial support, institutional assistance, or contributions from individuals who are not listed as authors.
References
References must be listed in the order of appearance in the text and numbered using square brackets [1], [2], [3], etc.
Ensure that:
- All cited works are included in the list
- Formatting is consistent
- Sources are relevant and up-to-date.
Authors’ Information
Provide detailed information for each author, including:
- Full name
- Academic title (e.g., PhD, Professor)

List of SYmbols (Optional)
If the paper includes numerous variables or symbols, provide a list after the references. Each symbol should be clearly defined along with its SI unit.
Formatting Notes
- Sections must be numbered using Arabic numerals (1, 2, 3)
- Subsections: 1.1, 1.2
- Sub-subsections: 1.1.1, 1.1.2
- Further division beyond three levels is not permitted
- Use clear headings and consistent formatting throughout
